When to order

We pack every order by hand within 2–4 working days. To arrive in time, we suggest ordering at least:

India7 days before the day
US, UK, EU, UAE14 days before the day
Canada, Australia14 days before the day
Everywhere else21 days before the day

Weddings, Diwali, Christmas and Mother's Day are busy for couriers and customs: add a week. Need it by a date? Tell us before you order and we'll say honestly if we can make it.

You're allowed to be the person you're buying for.

Most of the jewellery people treasure was a gift. Some of the best were gifts to themselves: for a promotion, a birthday, a hard year survived. We'll still wrap it beautifully, and we'll still write the note. You just have to tell us what it says.

Will they see the price?

No. Tick "it's a gift" at checkout and there are no prices anywhere in the parcel. Your receipt comes to you by email.

What if it isn't quite right?

We don't offer change-of-mind exchanges: every piece is one of a kind, so this applies to gifts the same as any order. If something's actually wrong with it, we put it right. See our returns policy.

Can I send it to a different address?

Yes: use their address for shipping at checkout. Tracking comes to you.

How do gift cards work?

Choose an amount, add a message, and pay. The card is ready instantly to print or send. It's valid for five years on any piece and can be used over several orders.

Can I add a note later?

Yes, until your order is packed. Just reply to your order email or message us.
